1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wcreator website (wcreator.app) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

Account Usage: You are allowed to create and maintain only one account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Credits and Subscriptions

Credits: Our service operates on a credit-based system. Generating AI photos and videos requires credits. Credits do not carry over to the next month.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) and automatically renew unless canceled. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service and your remaining credits until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

4. User Content and Ownership

Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and other content you upload to Wcreator. You also own all rights, title, and interest in the final AI-generated videos produced using your inputs.

License to Us: By uploading content, you grant us a temporary, limited license solely to process your files for the purpose of generating your requested AI videos.

5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use Wcreator to:

• Upload photos of individuals without their explicit consent (no impersonation).
• Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, explicit, or abusive content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of these rules will result in instant termination of your account without a refund, and we may report such activities to the relevant authorities.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
