At Wcreator, we strive to provide the best possible service for our users. Due to the high computational costs associated with AI image and video generation, all subscription and top-up payments are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase on wcreator.app, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused credits or remaining time on your subscription.

2. AI Generation Failures

We understand that AI generation can occasionally fail due to technical issues or server timeouts. In the event of an AI generation failure:

  • Automatic Credit Refund: The credits deducted for the failed job will be automatically and instantly refunded to your account balance.
  • No Action Required: You do not need to contact support to receive this credit refund. It is handled automatically by our system.

Please note that this applies only to technical failures on our end, not to generations where you are simply unsatisfied with the artistic outcome.

3. Duplicate Payment Errors

If you experience a technical error during checkout that results in a duplicate charge to your payment method:

  • Please contact us at hello@wcreator.app within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Include your account email and proof of the duplicate charge (e.g., transaction IDs or a screenshot of your bank statement).
  • Once verified, we will process a refund for the duplicate transaction. The refunded amount will typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
