Authentication Data: We use Google OAuth and email authentication to manage your account. We collect your email address, name, and profile picture provided by Google to create and manage your Wcreator account.

Payment Information: All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store or process your credit card details or full billing information on our servers.

User Content: When you use our service, you upload photos and videos. We store these files securely using Firebase Storage.

3. How We Process Your Data

To provide our core service of transforming photos into AI videos, we utilize third-party AI providers:

• Gemini API: Used for processing and generating AI images based on your inputs.
• Kie.ai: Processes your uploaded images and motion reference videos to generate the final video output.

These providers process your data solely for the purpose of generating your requested content and do not use your personal data for their own model training without explicit consent as per their respective enterprise agreements.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded Content: All uploaded photos, reference videos, and generated videos stored in Firebase Storage are automatically deleted 90 days after generation to minimize data retention.

Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at hello@wcreator.app. Upon receiving a request, we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

5. Cookies
